1 pack of 12 piece chicken wings (washed and cleaned) I use white distilled vinegar lime or lemon to clean
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp salt free garlic and herb
2 tbsp seasoned pepper
2 tbsp salt free onion and herb
1 tbsp complete seasoning
3 eggs beaten
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 cups Flour
2 cups Unseasoned Beer Batter Fish Fry
3 tbsp salt free table blend
2 tbsp salt
Step By Step Instructions
Clean your chicken and place in a mixing bowl, add oil and rub all over chicken. Add in garlic paste, garlic and herb, seasoned pepper, onion and herb and complete seasoning and mix in and set aside.
Beat your eggs and add in your Worcestershire sauce in your beaten eggs and in another bowl add flour and fish fry move to your stove and get ready to fry.
Dip your chicken in your egg wash to flour back to egg wash the again flour and drop in your oil and repeat until all your chicken is fried. I like to personally brown all my chicken in the oil and place in the oven for about 15-20 mins to finish fully cooking the inside of the chicken but there you have it good ol’ fried chicken hope you and your family enjoy.
