7 bakers Potatoes
2 8 ounce packs shredded mild cheddar cheese
2 cups sour cream
4 tbsp salt
4 tbsp pepper
1 stick of butter
Step by Step Instructions:
Bake your potatoes at 425 degrees for 1 hour in the oven let cool cut your potatoes in half lengthwise and spoon out the inside not spooning down to the skin but just enough to leave a thin shell and set your pulp aside we will use that in our next side. In a small bowl melt your butter and add salt and pepper and brush both sides inside and out of your potatoes and broil for 3 mins and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl add the potato pulp sour cream diced ham cheese and salt and pepper and mix.
In the same baking sheet your potatoes are in you want to top each half with a little cheese your potato mix and top with the rest of your ham and cheese until each half is stuffed and then place back in the oven 20 more mins or until cheese is melted.
(optional) top with sour cream and chives and serve
