Ingredients
8 Chicken Breast
2 cream cheese sticks
1 red bell pepper diced
2 broccoli head chopped
oil
roasted garlic base
butter
2 bags of 8 ounce shredded sharp cheddar cheese
garlic and herb salt free seasoning
seasoned pepper
Step By Step Instructions
Clean and beat your chicken down flat and set aside. Diced your bell pepper and chop your broccoli into small sized pieces and set aside. In a small skillet add tbsp of oil and a tsp of roasted garlic bouillon base and add in your diced red bell peppers and let brown for 3 mins and set aside. In a mixing bowl add both 8 ounce packs of cream cheese and microwave for 2 mins to warm and loosen up and add in 1 bag of your cheddar cheese, bell pepper, broccoli and garlic and herb salt free seasoning and mix. In a small bowl and 2 tbsp of roasted garlic base and half stick of butter and microwave for 1 min or until melted and get it prepared to brush on both sides of your flatted chicken also this is the time to sprinkle your seasoned pepper on both sides of your chicken. Once you’ve gotten all to chicken breast brushed with your garlic and butter melt and a spoon full of the cream cheese mixture to on side of your chicken and fold and set aside and repeat until all of your chicken is stuffed and heat your skillet and preheat your oven to 425 degrees. In your heated skillet add your oil and place your stuffed chicken breast in and brown on both sides for 4 mins or until u see a nice brown color and place on a baking sheet. Bake your stuffed chicken for 15-20 mins until chicken is fully cooked.
Make you a nice salad as your side or even green beans and mac and cheese if you have little ones (optional)
