Seafood Stuffed Bell PeppersDSC00420 Umm Umm these bell peppers will be a favorite in your families homes as well as mines.

My kids love making these stuffed bell peppers with me, we have so much fun and love to see these colorful beauties come to life.

Ingredients

Red Onions 1 half diced

Green pepper 1 half diced

Mozzarella (shredded) 2 cups

3 cups Cooked rice

1 can petite diced tomatoes

2 tbsp olive oil

1 pd ground beef

1 bag of small shrimp sliced into chunks

canned premium lump crab 1 can

1 tbsp slap ya mama seasoning

1 tbsp garlic salt

1 tbsp crushed red peppers

1 tbsp celery flakes

1 tbsp onion and herb ms dash

3/4 yellow peppers

3/4 red peppers

1 and a half tbsp chunky garlic stir in paste

5 cups water

7 cups vegetable broth

2 tbsp parsley flakes

1 tbsp roasted garlic base better than bouillon

1 cup plain bread crumbs

ms dash table blend

Step By Step Instructions

First things first half your bell peppers clean and de-seed them and cut out the membrane of the peppers also dice half of your green bell pepper and diced half of your red onion. Next in a big gumbo pot add half water half vegetable and some slap yo mama seasoning and bring to a boil one you have your boil add in all your half bell peppers and cook for 4 mins not any longer and remove from the pot but do not drain your broth.

In a dutch oven pot add your olive oil set to medium heat, add in your onions and green bell peppers and sauteed, drain and add in your ground beef you want to brown and drain and set aside. In a skillet pan add olive oil and shrimp chunks and cook for 3-4 mins on both sides and add in your diced yellow and red peppers, drain and add to your ground beef, Then add your tomatoes and garlic stir in paste and 2 cups of the broth that was sat aside and bring to a boil. Once boiling add in your rice and the rest of the ingredients making your crab meat and 1 cup mozzarella your last ingredients you want to add so you do not over cook the crab meat.

stuff your peppers sprinkle paprika (optional) and topped with the rest of your mozzarella cheese and parsley, cover and bake on 350 for 25 mins and serve.

Creamy Beef Fajita Pasta

Ingredients

Marinaded Beef Fajita meat

Rigatoni Noodles

Bell Peppers (Yellow, Green, Orange) 1 of each sliced

Red Onions 1 half sliced

1 Cup and a half Milk

1 Cup and a half Heavy Whipping Cream

Mozzarella Cheese (shredded) a cup and a half

Mild Cheddar (shredded) 1 cup

Velveeta Cheese (Queso Blanco) cubed 1 cup

Salt 1 tsp

Pepper 1 tbsp

Oregano 1 tbsp

Fajita seasoning mix 1 tbsp

Garlic Salt 1 tbsp

Onion Powder 1 tbsp

Black Pepper 1 tbsp

Crushed rep peppers 1 tsp

Seasoned Pepper 1 tsp

Olive Oil 2 tbsp

Cornstarch 2 tbsp

Step by Step Instructions

In a skillet pot add your oil and set your stove to medium heat, add your beef fajita meat and brown on both sides. Once your meat is brown more to the side of your skillet and add your onions and bell peppers and sauteed. While your veggies and meat are still cooking add all your spices except your parsley, salt and fajita seasoning mix. Once your onions are translucent set your meat mixture aside and cook noodles.

Sauce Mix

Add your oil to a dutch oven pot and set heat to medium heat and heat your oil. Add your cornstarch, fajita seasoning and mix. Once mixed and has a bubbled add your milk and heavy whipping cream and bring to a boil. Add in all your cheese and mix. Once your cheese mix is ready add in your meat and veggies and cooked pasta and mix it all up add your parsley and salt and enjoy your meal.

My Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

20181115_180217OMG i love this simple yet delicious recipe for homemade spaghetti sauce so i want to share it with you guys and if you decide to try it out let me know your take and do and dont’s on what you did or didn’t do differently so lets get right to it…..

I used four whole tomatoes and one can of diced tomatoes with basil oregano and garlic and two cans of plain diced tomatoes. I peeled and cubed my whole tomatoes and diced one whole white onion. I also used dried oregano dried basil Italian seasoning garlic powder and parsley flakes. Extra virgin olive oil and minced garlic and a pinch of sugar to make this delicious spaghetti sauce.

INGREDIENTS

4 whole tomatoes

1 white onion

1 can of diced tomatoes with basil oregano and garlic

2 cans of plain diced tomatoes

1 tbsp of garlic powder

1 tbsp of oregano

1 tbsp of Italian seasoning

1 tbsp of basil

1 tbsp of parsley flakes

2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp of minced garlic

a pinch of sugar

salt and pepper to your taste liking

optional fresh parsley and oregano to top

STEP BY STEP ORDER

Oil your skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic powder and cook for 3 mins. Add in minced garlic and cook for 1 min. Add in tomatoes and diced tomatoes to your skillet and add all your spices then pinch in your sugar. Bring to a boil and reduce and simmer for 1 hour. Stir occasionally until sauce is thickened and add in salt and pepper to your liking and cook for another 30 mins on low heat. You can serve over pasta, add in meat, however you like to use your sauce. You can also store and use another time. Hope your enjoy this recipe.
